Nick Bostic
Founder, Illuminare Solutions. Leads Enrollmentum.
Nick has spent more than 15 years in go-to-market, revenue operations and marketing technology. In clinical research he has worked in patient-recruitment marketing at a research site network and in go-to-market for two clinical trial analytics software companies.
Most recently at ImageBloom, a marketing agency, he was Head of Marketing Technology and Growth and also the company's head of AI. He trained the whole company on AI tools and built its internal automation, including a live KPI dashboard and an automated daily executive briefing.
He has worked on recruitment campaigns for studies in allergy and immunology, rheumatology and osteoarthritis, chronic pain, obesity, migraine and other neurology, cardiovascular, rare disease, and substance use. He has also worked on studies in dermatology, women’s health and psychedelic research.
He treats enrollment as an engineering problem as well as a marketing one: build the measurement first, close the hand-offs where qualified people drop out, and put guardrails around anything that can reach a participant.
