Sample deliverables

What you receive, before you spend.

Three deliverables: the materials packet for your IRB, the path a lead takes to your site, and the weekly report. Every sample on this page is illustrative. None of it is a real study or a real result.

Illustrative sample

One

The IRB-ready materials packet.

One document with every tagline, image, bullet and line of ad text for the study, in the options your IRB can approve. This sample follows the layout of our real packets, with an invented study.

[word]
May be included or left out. The sentence still reads correctly without it.
[Dry eye] [Dry eye disease]
Two forms side by side. The ad builder picks one for each placement.
(Imagery: …)
The picture that goes with the line. Each image has its own options.

Advertising campaign material

Example Sponsor · A Phase 2 study of an investigational eye drop for adults with dry eye · Protocol EX-0000 · Invented for this page

Digital ad copy

The following text and images will be used for digital study advertising including but not limited to online, search engine, display ads, and landing pages. Colors and shapes may be adjusted to match the imagery while maintaining the same integrity of image and copy as listed below. Text in [brackets] may be an alternate text or not included. Layout and design of images are subject to change according to ad specifications outlined on digital media outlets.

Taglines

  1. [Dry eye] [Dry eye disease] is not just a [dry] [tired] [burning] feeling.
  2. Screens, wind, mornings. [Dry eye] follows you through all of it.
  3. Eyes that [sting] [burn] by 3 p.m.? It may be [dry eye] [dry eye disease].
  4. [Chronic] dry eye – the tab you can’t close. (Imagery: browser tabs)
  5. Blink. [Sting.] Repeat. Living with [dry eye] [for 3+ months]? (Imagery: eye drop bottle)
  6. Don’t let [the] [your] [chronic] dry eye run your day.

The full packet carries 20 to 30 taglines. Every one has at least one bracket group, and the groups sit at the start, the middle and the end of the line.

Image options

Each image is a separate page in the packet, with the tagline it pairs with and the alternates the IRB can approve. The simple drawings below stand in for the pictures.

Image 1 · pairs with taglines 1 and 3
Close crop of a person at a laptop, face turned away. [Eye drop bottle on the desk]
Image 2 · pairs with tagline 4
Browser tabs on a screen, no faces.
Image 3 · pairs with tagline 6
Adult outdoors in wind, eyes squinting. [Sunglasses] [No sunglasses]

Your IRB approves the whole menu once. The ad builder then rotates among the approved options and moves budget toward the ones that bring qualified people, with no new submission for each swap. The weekly report shows which options did that.

Two

The lead workflow, from ad to site.

  1. Ad

An ad that uses only the headline, body copy and image your IRB approved. Facebook and Instagram are often the first places to run, and the only place when the budget is small. We run on any platform that makes sense for the study.

  2. Lead form or pre-screen

The person answers pre-screen questions built from your eligibility criteria and gives contact details.

  3. Lead delivery

The lead is verified, mapped to the site’s format and delivered to the site team, with an alert to the people who call.

  4. Site contact

The site contacts the person. The site, not Enrollmentum, decides who is eligible and who enrolls.

  5. Reconciliation

Leads sent are compared with leads the site reports, and the gap goes into the weekly report.

How participant data moves through these steps is on the privacy page.

Three

The weekly report.

One page that follows your study from ad to qualified lead: leads delivered against your agreed range, the funnel and its stage rates, time to first contact, the status of each site, and what changes next week.
