Core services: what every study gets.
Protocol and recruitment strategy
We read the protocol first, find the eligibility criteria that will be hardest to fill, and choose the funnel and the channels that fit them.
You receiveA written strategy before the creative brief
IRB-ready creative
Headlines, body copy and images are written and checked together, then delivered as one packet with the options your IRB can approve. Nothing runs outside what it approves.
You receiveOne packet: copy, images and channel versions
Paid social and search
Campaigns are built around your criteria and your sites, read on the qualified leads they bring, and adjusted weekly inside the limits of the approval.
You receiveA change log of every adjustment
Lead delivery
Qualified leads reach each site within minutes in the format the site works from, and every lead can be traced from the ad to the site.
You receiveEvery lead traceable from ad to site
Pre-screens and landing pages
Most studies use the ad platform’s instant lead form with pre-screen questions built from your criteria. Some get a longer landing-page pre-screen.
Participant follow-up
Each new lead who agreed to automated texts on the form gets a text first. The study’s IRB-approved pre-screen questions are asked word for word, replies are answered only from the approved FAQ, the site visit is booked, and anything off the script goes to a person. Set up for each study once your IRB approves its script.
Weekly reporting
One report with leads delivered against your agreed range, the reasons people do not pass the pre-screen, what changed in the campaign and the leads sent to each site. The samples page shows its layout.
Site support
We work with your site coordinators on how a lead arrives and what to do with it, so the hand-off holds when a site is busy.

How we work with participants and their data.
The study site decides who is eligible. We give no medical advice.
We do not currently run a phone call center. A study can add a text and an email follow-up from its IRB-approved script; a person takes over anything off the script. Our pre-screen is a few short questions. The study site does the full screening and decides who is eligible.
Study leads are kept in a dedicated Amazon Web Services account, on HIPAA-eligible services under a Business Associate Agreement. Our AWS organization has opted out of AWS using that content to improve its AI services, and our pre-screen pages run no tracking code. The privacy page shows how a lead moves and who handles it.
Please do not send patient information by email.
